- Are You Working On Any Projects?
Yes I’m actually working on finishing up my EP. which I’m excited about & at the same time I’m in the process of getting my dad a star on the Hollywood walk of fame (2016) in honor of his achievements in the film industry prior to his battle with pancreatic cancer.
- Tell Us Something About You Most People Don’t Know:
Lol the fact that I didn’t know any English (other than saying thank you & your welcome) when I first came to America. And that my father is the late great actor “Steve James” aka Karate Joe aka Kung-fu Joe (know for his work in “Delta Force”, “American Ninja” 1, 2 & 3 and “I’m Gonna Git You Sucka”)
- Who Are Your Musical Influences?
Tina Turner, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Etta James etc.
- What Genre Off Music Do You Consider Your Work To Be?
Well when it comes to music & creating music you have to be able to be versatile especially when your a singer / song writer. And although my new single “My Life” is considered to be a Pop track, I consider my genre to be the new Pop, RnB, Hip-Hop.
- Are You Single?
Nope, sorry guys….
- What Was Your Very First Job?
Lol My 1st job was in Israel on the beach as a waitress.
- How Long Have You Been Singing?
I’ve pretty much been singing my whole life. Although these last three to four years as you guys can see, I’ve been really taking it seriously.
- How Did You Get Started?
I actually started out at a early age, my mother had me in all types of dance classes and singing lessons when I was a child that it’s not even funny….
Now as fas as my music career now, I really didn’t start taken it serious until three years ago when I recorded my 1st song “Hey Love” ft. Young Caprice aka Jhalo. And as crazy as it my sound, I’ve been at it ever since along with my day one team aka #TeamDebbiJames.

Lol yes. Cooking and Hip-Hop Dancing
- What Are Your Long-Term Career Goals?
My long term career goals are to be able to share my music with the world on a larger scale and to make a global difference / presence with or without a major label.
- What Is Some Advice You Would Give To Someone Aspiring To Become A Singer?
Surround yourself with like minded people like yourself that have the same common goals and interest that you have, and most of all believe in yourself / each-other.
